Return and Refund Policy  

Thanks for shopping at Urban Rose Beauty Limited. We want to make sure you have a  rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.  

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to  transactions at Urban Rose Beauty Limited. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow.  The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Urban  Rose Beauty Limited, you agree to the terms along with any Policy.  

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item  to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of  purchase. If you return the item to us broken, used or unsealed, your request for a refund  will be denied.  

To start a return, you can contact us at info@urbanrosebeauty.com. If your return is  accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent  back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return postage cost to  be paid by consumer. 

- Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is  defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the  issue and make it right. If you do not report the damage upon receiving your goods  and within a reasonable time period, any request for a refund may be denied.  

- Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special  orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns  about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. 

- Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have,  and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items  

- Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you  know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically  refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some 

time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We will not refund any postage charges that you incur for both the delivery of the  item to you or the return to us – unless you received the wrong items or if the  order is faulty, damaged, or not as advertised. Otherwise, a full refund will be  issued.  

Additionally, we do not provide refunds on any tax, customs or duty charges  incurred.
